ABOUT ME
My name is Danny Tantillo and I am a 33 year old audio producer, radio personality, voice over talent and overall music fanatic based in Philadelphia. I am currently a Regional Production Director for multiple radio markets with Townsquare Media.
I’ve been obsessing about radio and music for as long as I can remember. As a teenager, I was fortunate enough that my high school had its own radio station, and I couldn't have been more excited to get a jump start on turning this passion into a career. ​My professional radio career began in 2013 as an intern for New Jersey 101.5's promotions department. Less than a year into the internship program, I was hired as a Promotions Assistant, and was shortly promoted to Multimedia Producer for "The Dennis & Judi Show" in June of 2015. I received another promotion three years later and became the Production Director of New Jersey 101.5.
During my time as Production Director, New Jersey 101.5 has been nominated for "Best News/Talk Station'' in the country three years in a row at the Marconi Radio Awards. I was also named National Employee of the Month for all of Townsquare Media in 2018, and was nominated for "Best Purpose Driven Campaign or Spot" at the 2021 Radio Mercury Awards. In 2023, I was promoted once again to Regional Production Director, overseeing all production for multiple radio markets within Townsquare Media. I also hosted a weekend music show on New Jersey 101.5 playing classic hits.

Although New Jersey 101.5 is known for playing classic hits, my passion and knowledge for music goes far beyond that format. From the Grateful Dead to Kendrick Lamar, Alice Coltrane to Daft Punk, and many more artists in between, I pride myself for having the ability to curate playlists featuring a wide variety of different genres to fit any mood or feeling. I believe that my drive and curiosity to experience and discover as much music as possible is at the core of who I am personally and professionally.
